1) Booking Deposits: $10 deposit is required to book any service. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service or treatment and may be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. 2) Advance Notice: I kindly request that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows myself to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of my services. 3) Late Arrivals: if you are more than 10 mins late, you will need to reschedule your scheduled appointment and forfeit your deposit. Please arrive on time. 4) Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice or if a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, will result in a loss of your $10 booking deposit. 5) Communication: Clients are encouraged to communicate their cancellations or rescheduling requests promptly. You can reach myself by phone (720-933-6855) or email (jordainquintana@gmail.com) to make any changes to your appointment. 6) Reminder Notifications: To help clients remember their appointments, I provide reminder notifications via email, text, or phone call. However, these reminders are a courtesy, and it remains the client's responsibility to manage their appointments. 7) Policy Enforcement: JD Beautee’s cancellation policy will be consistently enforced to ensure fair treatment for all clients. Any cancellation fees incurred must be settled before booking future appointments. 8) By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy above, you are giving JD Beautee permission to charge your card in the event of a late arrival (more than 10 mins), cancellation (less than 24 hours) and/or a no show. By scheduling an appointment with JD Beautee, you acknowledge and agree to abide by my cancellation policy.
